Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM proficiency with strong skills in lead tracking, pipeline management, and follow-up discipline.
  • Apply closing strategies by securing agreements both remotely and during in-person meetings.
  • Conduct strategic prospecting – identifying, researching, and engaging high-value leads using both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations both in person and online.
  • Leverage networking expertise – confidently initiating conversations and building connections at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
  • Perform competitive analysis – monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy.
  • Apply effective time and territory management – organizing daily tasks, prioritizing leads, and maximizing efficiency across regions.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, present, and close deals across cultural and linguistic boundaries.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience – minimum 3 years in B2B sales with international exposure.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Russian are a strong advantage.
  • Professional corporate presence with confidence in executive-level meetings.
  • Results oriented and driven by measurable outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker – able to see the bigger picture and plan long-term sales approaches.
  • Detail oriented – ensures accuracy in contracts, proposals, and CRM records.
