Responsibilities

Monitoring existing users: Financial transactions, client activities;
Identifying problems and providing the resolution with your own skills or escalating them to the relevant;
Preparation of reports;
Managing / monitoring existing customer accounts;
Preparation of reports for the relevant supervisor;
Perform tasks of the supervisor within the scope of competence.

Requirements

Ability to speak and write in English;
Effective written communication skills in English;
Work experience is not required, but welcome;

Working schedule

This work consists of three consecutive working days in three types of shifts: Morning (08:00-16:00), Afternoon (16:00- 23:00) and Night (23:00 – 08:00) shifts. The next three days are non-working.
