Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention in the iGaming sector;
Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising;
Create compelling content for marketing materials, website, blogs, and social media channels;
Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize marketing strategies and enhance brand positioning;
Collaborate closely with product development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives;
Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, media outlets, and partners;
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights;
Manage marketing budgets effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns;
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO/SEM, CRM software, and web analytics;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effective marketing materials;
Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting marketing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Leadership skills to eventually build and manage a high-performing marketing team;
Proficiency in English language.
Experience in startup environments or scaling businesses in the iGaming or related industries;
Creative thinking and innovative approach to marketing strategies.
