Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to all departments of the company;
- Review, analyze, negotiate and draft all kind of contracts with all the players involved in the business (especially contracts with payment service providers and software providers);
- Work on licensing issues;
- Protect the IP of the business;
- Participate in commercial operations;
- Actively collaborate with colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience of working as a lawyer in a law firm or a company with proven experience in corporate/commercial law and contracting;
- At least Bachelor degree in law;
- Advanced English (speaking and drafting);
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
- Knowledge of other fields of law is a plus;
- Highly motivated in the world of start-ups and new technologies;
- International profile, able to work in a flexible, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment;
- Georgian Bar Association membership is a plus.
