Responsibilities
- Promptly responding to customer queries via email and live chat;
- Responding to incidents reported by users;
- Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible;
- Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues;
- Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times;
- Respecting client confidentiality at all times;
- Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved;
- Perform tasks of the supervisor within the scope of competence.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in English;
- Effective Writing Communication skills in English;
- Ability to negotiate;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software;
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization;
- Work experience is not required, but welcome;
