Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct, everyday communication with assigned partners;
  • Be the key contact person for assigned partners;
  • Address partner's needs and requests;
  • Be an active part of the planning and implementation of the requests;
  • Make sure that partners' needs and priorities are comprehensible for all shareholders;
  • Plan/track and monitor assigned partner requests with internal teams;
  • Assure that information between shareholders Is distributed on time and correctly;
  • Provide reports and operational analysis in case of request;
  • Foresee partnership possibilities and be in close communication with management to plan appropriate developments;
  • Upselling and crosseling agreed products to already-known partners;
  • Analyze current partnerships and determine how they can be encouraged with new developments for progressive profitability;
  • Make sure that each partner has updated information about Upgaming’s products and services;
  • Create appropriate commercial offers for each partner with different products and promotional plans;
  • Start, own, and develop discussions with our partners about possible partnership growth, including the better representation of our products as well as upgrading the current package;
  • Create proven records of success, such as growth reports, and highlights to be able to determine each goal that was met.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field (preferred);
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients;
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strategic mindset;
  • Fluency in English language, written and spoken.

Working schedule

Mon-Fri ; 40 hr per week.
