Responsibilities

  • Be an active source of contact for the company's partners;
  • Respond to incidents reported by company’s partners;
  • Give and receive information in the appropriate working format, according to their needs and ongoing processes;
  • Ensure timely and correct delivery of information to partners and department management;
  • Ensure the allocation of cases to internal teams and monitoring;
  • Obtain and share client’s feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved;
  • Have a quick response to received requests and provide timely settlement/performance.

Requirements

  • Work experience is not required, but welcome.
  • Effective Writing Communication skills in English;
  • Ability to speak and write in English;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software;
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization;
  • Be an active source of contact for the company's partners;

Working schedule

This work consists of two consecutive working days in two types of shifts: day and night shifts. The next three days are non-working
