Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals to increase brand awareness and player acquisition.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Discord).
  • Plan and schedule engaging content, including promotions, game launches, and industry news.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Affiliate, and Marketing teams to promote bonuses, campaigns, and tournaments.
  • Monitor trends in the iGaming industry to stay ahead of competitors and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (graphics, videos, memes, live streams, etc.).
  • Develop interactive campaigns such as contests, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
  • Engage with the community, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with players and industry influencers.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns for growth.
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • A/B test content and posting strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social channels.
  • Monitor online conversations, brand mentions, and customer sentiment to manage the company’s reputation.
  • Handle crisis management and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to iGaming regulations and responsible gambling policies.
  • Stay updated with legal restrictions in different markets to avoid compliance issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager in iGaming, gambling, or a related industry.
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong knowledge of paid social advertising and influencer marketing.
  • Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for performance improvement.
  • Knowledge of iGaming regulations and responsible gambling policies.
  • Experience running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Working schedule

On-Site, Mon -Fri, 10:00 AM – 19:00 PM (Weekly 40 hr)
