Responsibilities

  • Promptly responding to customer queries via email and live chat;
  • Responding to incidents reported by users;
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible;
  • Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues;
  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times;
  • Respecting client confidentiality at all times;
  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved;
  • Perform tasks of the supervisor within the scope of competence.

Requirements

  • Proficient in German and English languages, both spoken and written;
  • Effective Writing Communication skills in English and German;
  • Ability to negotiate;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software;
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization;
  • Creativity and team spirit;
  • Work experience is not required, but welcome;
