Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee and manage multiple functional departments.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and align cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and high performance.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate and improve internal processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Optimize workflows and internal processes to improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports for the CEO and board of directors.

Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or a similar senior leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • • Data-driven decision-maker with experience in business intelligence, KPI tracking, and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field;
  • 7+ years of experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or a similar senior leadership role in a fast-paced environment;
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience in business intelligence, KPI tracking, and process optimization;
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues;
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, and operational efficiency;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of building high-performing, inspired and motivated teams.

On-Site, Mon -Fri, 10:00 AM – 19:00 PM (Weekly 40 hr)
