Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
Oversee and manage multiple functional departments.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead, mentor, and align cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and high performance.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Evaluate and improve internal processes and policies in support of organizational goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve strategic objectives.
Optimize workflows and internal processes to improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular reports for the CEO and board of directors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or a similar senior leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Data-driven decision-maker with experience in business intelligence, KPI tracking, and process optimization.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field;
7+ years of experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or a similar senior leadership role in a fast-paced environment;
Data-driven decision-maker with experience in business intelligence, KPI tracking, and process optimization;
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues;
Strong experience in strategic planning, and operational efficiency;
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of building high-performing, inspired and motivated teams.
