Responsibilities

  • Write and post technical job descriptions;
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn and GitHub;
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes;
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions);
  • Coordinate with department Heads and IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs;
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates;
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals;
  • Compose job offer letters;
  • Send Welcome emails to newcomers;
  • Conduct a smooth Onboarding process for new hires;
  • Meet the newcomer on her/his first day and do the onboarding meeting including presenting of the company;
  • Do check-in meetings with newcomers and send an Onboarding survey after 2 weeks;
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work;
  • Think on new initiatives to improve the recruitment process;
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements;
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products;
  • Prepare recruiting reports using various metrics quarterly;
  • Prepare soft skill assessments for candidates;
  • Participate in job fairs and prepare all the necessary things to showcase the company’s brand.

Requirements

  • 4+ Years of recruitment experience in IT Outsourcing or iGaming industry;
  • Understanding of iGaming Industry;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms;
  • Experienced in recruiting and sourcing tech talent from niche communities like GitHub, etc;
  • Exceptional leadership skills;
  • Strategic mindset to develop and design new recruitment strategies that align with company goals;
  • Experience recruiting internationally and managing cross-functional global hiring processes;
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including Georgian Market and international hiring;
  • Utilize advanced recruiting tools (Google X-Ray, LinkedIn, etc.) to source top talent;
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by deploying innovative assessment methodologies;
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment including international recruitment;
