Responsibilities

Liaise with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to maintain technical engagement and develop strategies for UX principles and design decisions;
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs;
Incorporate feedback into design in order to create the best user experience while meeting business needs;
Illustrate design ideas using scenarios and processes;
Create graphic design of interface elements, such as menus, tabs, widgets;
Create UI mockups and prototypes that well reflect the functionality and appearance of the site/product;
Design site / product navigation buttons and search fields;
Create user flows and user-centered designs of company's internal products and systems based on requirements;
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs;
Ensure consistency across all design assets and maintain design systems and style guides.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
Portfolio showcasing your design process and finished projects;
Knowledge of UX principles, methodologies and best practices;
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop or similar;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Knowledge of English language.
