What will be your duties and responsibilities:

• Making video calls to clients
• Checking customer data using online verification method
• Identifying signs of fraud and escalating them to the relevant person
• Comparison and analysis of information for compliance with the internal requirements of the Company
• Registration of documents in the system/data entry
• Ensure all customers documents are in order and up to date
• Prepare reports on verification acceptance/rejection statistics

Requirements:

• Ability to speak and write in Russian and English languages (minimum level - B2);
• Knowledge of PC at the level of a confident user
• Ability to politely communicate and conduct a dialogue with the client
• Work experience is not required but is encouraged

Working conditions that we will provide:

• Workplace: Kyiv (office within walking distance of the Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station and Lukianivska metro station);
• Shift work schedule: 1-day shift from 8:00 to 20:00, 1-night shift from 20:00 to 08:00, then 3 days off. Flexible schedule with the ability to change shifts with colleagues
