Responsibilities
- High quality customer service
- Responding to incidents reported by users
- Identifying problems and providing the resolution with your own skills or escalating them to the relevant person
- Preparation of reports
- Managing / monitoring existing customer accounts
- Relationships with partner companies
- Preparation of reports for the relevant supervisior
- Perform tasks of the supervisor within the scope of competence.
Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Effective Writing Communication skills in English
- Ability to negotiate
- Work experience is not required, but welcome
- Knowledge of Russian language is a plus

Working Conditions:
- This work consists of two consecutive working days in two types of shifts: day and night shifts.
